First thing for new users, the data presented is not real time or even updated quickly. Today is 22 November and my sleep data only goes up to the 20th.Next is that it is a very rudimentary application. It shows your weekly monthly and 90 day history, but there is no digging into it. There’s no looking at a specific date and you cannot select a specific Date range. It is just a basic seven, 30, 90 day display of the hours recorded on the device.It is convenient to be able to address supplies and items of that nature directly within the app.I hope that they will add an ability to search by a specific date range or even for a specific one day so that you can look to see where you are on a specific day. I also wish that the journal would allow you to add a note onto it so if a night was particularly rough while wearing the mask you can document that and also if you don’t wear the mask for a night because of a medical issue or because you are out of town or whatever the reason is, I wish that you could at least put a note on there so that when looking back on it after 90 days or six months, you could have a quick glance notice of “oh yeah that’s why I didn’t use it that day.”

Lincare does not except my regular email address, one that I have used for over 20 years. It appears that Lincare does not accept many domain names that have been part of the standard for over a decade. Their architects should update their products to long term industry standards. One has to wonder if they are that backwards on email, what else are they backwards on? In my opinion they need some new architects or managers, people that are up to date with modern times and not the technology Stone Age.

My app is not showing my sleep data. I did call the number listed and asked them to fix it. I do like the ability to order supplies through the app. It’s very convenient and easy to order and I can easily see what I am ordering. If the sleep data gets fixed I would give it 5 stars.
