Incredibly slow, buggy

Trying to create account. It is incredibly slow to return any validation. Also, when I tried to create a password, and it never told me what needed to be included, I tried to go back, and the keyboard and cursor would not pop up when I tapped on the password field so that I could actually delete what was there.

I haven’t even gotten to see what the rest of the interface is like, but this does not bode well.

Utterly useless

So a fair warning for those unlucky enough to have an HME that uses this garbage. There is ZERO tech support. My HME doesn’t have anyone who can provide support to help me log back into my account. This garbage app recognizes my email address because I can do a password reset without issue but there’s a disconnect and it can’t locate my email in my HME’s database. I use the app to avoid having to wait on hold for an hour and avoid nagging calls to reorder supplies. I just want to order when I need supplies, not according to your schedule. Why bother with an app if you can’t provide support yourself or through the HME? Blatant money grab collusion between Brightree (the makers of this dumpster fire) and HMEs if you ask me.

Worked ok … for a while

In spite of the really bad user interface (fields to be filled in that are off-screen or covered by popup messages) I managed to used this for a couple of years to order supplies. Then one day it logged me out and wouldn’t let me log back in saying I needed a valid account. How was I ordering before if my account is invalid?
