Snooze A.M. Eatery Mobile App 4+

When I first walked in, it was a little long before someone came to see if I was being help, but Kyrsten made up for it. At first it was going to be a 4 star, but she made up for it for sure. She was very nice and kind, I love a server that can have excellent conversation, have knowledgeable about the menu, also get your order corrected. She’s amazing I hope to have her every time I go. Food was amazing, the cranberry orange pancakes were amazing, chicken sausage was delicious, got the espresso martini and that was delicious, had coconut instead half and half. The hash brown were okay, needs more seasonings in my opinion.

Had a great experience for my first visit. Out waitress Brittany made us feel welcomed, answered all our questions, brought us things without being asked, and is part of the reason we will be back! I totally recommend this place for all sorts of palates. As a vegetarian, sometimes it is difficult for me to find quality food at breakfast spots. This place had so many options. The buddha bowl was delicious. I also tried the avocado Benedict and Hash browns. The Thai bloody Mary was super good and espresso martini was fabulous!

App is good but often when I ask for a reward item that is shown on the app the item is not available at the store location.

This can be managed by taking inventory of giveaways at the store level and updating the app. Of course that would require that your inventory was updated, have an inventory system, and automated updates with the app. Item coming into inventory get scanned and item going out are scanned and updated at the store level.

If you are not doing this already, I’d suspect you have inventory going out the door for reasons other than reward gifts. Which brings us back to why I’m writing tbis b comment.
