Kids watch
Setting up everything was fine only issue I had was I had to put my child’s phone number in and not my own phone number. As well I have the option just do an email and did that but I still have to put a phone number in that is not mine on top downloading the app. The watch says download the app I did but I can’t even put in phone numbers into the watch or anything like that. I call customer service and every time I call them within five minutes they hang up on you so far I’m not happy.
Charged even after canceling my account
After a few days of using their service, I wasn’t able to call or text anyone. After a month, I was recharged for the inadequate service. I then called customer service to cancel my account and received an email confirming my account had been cancelled. Since then I have been charged 3 times for a service that should’ve been cancelled. I recently called again to try and cancel my account and get a refund. If this doesn’t work, I’m considering closing my bank account and opening a different one. All of the good reviews are only because they offer perks for writing them a 5 star review.
Easy set up and great customer service
My son uses speedtalk on his watch. As long as you follow directions of the watch and the sim card, it has been working great. We call his watch and vice-versa and it works no problem. So far we are happy.
