It has too many coupon failures on online orders. Everything I purchased had a coupon, they still charged me the original price. I had to go inside of the store and all. I still didn’t get the full refund owed. The whole point of the app is to clip coupons……..this is so annoying….please fix this issue.

Slooowww. Still slow after most recent updating.Drops information. After paying for the order, you cannot add to the order. You have to start a whole new order. So you end up having additional separate orders. When the shopper is shopping your order you can’t see the progress. I think the Store employees hate doing this. No one knows how to add a tip. I’ve even asked the shoppers. I’ve asked people in the store. Nobody knows. Guys, either do it right or don’t do it at all. You charge ridiculous amounts for the groceries. The least you could do is have a decent app.

This update has been an epic fail. It will not load coupons. Doesn’t work at home or in store. I’m very Disappointed! What good is the app if you cannot use rewards or clip coupons. Not sure why app was updated since I haven’t been able to use it since it was revised . Please fix this or I will shop elsewhere.

The app is very buggy and slow, scanner to check price never works. I’ll review again after update.
