This app was absolutely perfect for me, after having a child I found myself lacking motivation and this app has really helped me just get up and do it. It offers excellent descriptions of the excersises that I have to as a part of the workout, but it also provides excellent videos if you can't full grasp what you are to do with just the pictures and the description. I do recommend and the pounds have just been dropping off.

I love this app... or I used to

Edit: I still like the app but I don’t love it anymore, I do not like the new update or that every time I sign on I’m asked if I want to pay for a no advert app. Also why offer only 3 days of a trial? If it was 30 days I might and then if I really used it I would have started a new habit and would want to pay for imo. I’m going to look for a new app.

I highly recommend this app for anyone looking for a good exercise app. It has helped me tremendously. I've shown it to my doctors and they are very impressed. In fact they wrote it down to recommend to their other patients.

Great substitute for the gym

I work long days on my feet and often feel tired and achy. My schedule also makes it hard for me to find time to work out in the gym. This app guides me through quick and easy routines that I can do anywhere and leaves me feeling more energetic and less achy and sore. I highly recommend this app for anyone that feels too busy to spend time in the gym.
