Tapback is a simple meditation timer for Apple Watch. Gentle haptic reminders help you notice when your mind has wandered and return to the breath. Set a session length, choose how often you want a tap, and begin. Tapback stays quiet and out of the way—no guided audio, accounts, streaks, ads or subscriptions. GENTLE FOCUS REMINDERS Choose a fixed rhythm from every 10 seconds to once a minute, or receive taps at the halfway point, thirds or quarters of your session. THREE TAP STYLES Pick the haptic that gets your attention without jolting you. ROLLOVER Let the timer continue after the planned end for open-ended sits. APPLE HEALTH Optionally save completed sessions as mindful minutes. Tapback writes only the start and end time and never reads your Health data. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Tapback runs entirely on your Apple Watch. There are no accounts, analytics, ads, tracking or network requests. Tapback is free. tl;dr fixes a crash when starting a session. Shoutout Jay for the report! --- Issue: Apple Watch hardware is `arm64_32`, where Swift's `Int` is 32-bit, so passing an `Int` to `String(format:)` against the string catalogue's 64-bit `%lld` under-filled the C vararg buffer — the trailing `%@` then read past the end and `objc_msgSend`ed garbage, crashing on the session screen's accessibility value at every session start. Fix: Replaced all `String(format:)` call sites with `String(localized:defaultValue:)`, which passes arguments type-safely instead of through C varargs.
