Truly life changing

I joined the app on a yearly subscription the day after Thanksgiving 2023. Little did I know the drastic positive changes this app would push me to! In the now 8 months since I’ve joined the app, I’ve completely reformed my body, I am 6’1” and weighed 217 when I joined. Now I’m at 185 pounds but have significantly gained strength. The game changers for me were the articles that gave honest, science backed research on nutrition, mindset, supplements, and of course the amazing workouts! I truly look forward to each workout, and I do not have to overthink things - simply select a program, follow the first set mindset approach outlined at length by Arnold, Adam, and Daniel, rest on the given rest days and enjoy the mental and physical results. I constantly get compliments on my “look” from friends and strangers, but nothing is more rewarding than the feeling of commitment to my long term health so I’m around for as long as possible for my family. Speaking of family, my wife joined the app as a yearly member too and also loves everything about it and occasionally my kids will join in on a workout. I never leave reviews on products, but for the Pump, I felt obligated to do so due to all the positives it has brought my way. I highly recommend this app for all genders and ages, please do this for yourself, and as long as you keep showing up - you will not regret it!

Can’t praise enough

I have lifted weights off and on most of my 63 years. I have seen bigger gains here in just 8 months than any other time. I’ve lost 5% body fat and haven’t modified my diet (I was already eating healthy). I haven’t been this strong in a long time. As a experienced lifter, it took some adjustment to only lifting 3 times a week. I stuck with the Foundation though and started Next Level after. The Next Level is no joke! I made it 3/4 through the program and switched back to the Foundation. I think the key to the success of the app is locking in new users to the Foundation. It helps people new to working out stick with a program and really builds a strong foundation for more experienced lifters. I also love that I don’t have to think about what I’m going to choose for a workout. I open up the app and just do it. If you can’t do an exercise because of limitations or access to equipment (busy gym) the app gives you alternative moves. This app also provides a really positive community. Arnold, Adam, and Daniel answer questions, provide up to date information, and allow space to share your wins and setbacks

Update - I tried one more time to get into the app and realized not only is it bad for workouts, it’s also bad for my mental health- like so bad that trying to use this app made me want to self h6rm. This app will make you that crazy. Just don’t. —Update - this app’s big idea is instead of giving you options, Arnold will pick the absolute best program for you and you just simply stick to it. No choices to make, no wrong turns to slow you down. I started strong and for several weeks pushed and did it. Then I didn’t. See, the all or nothing attitude very quickly turns from ALL to NOTHING. because life is in the in between. So when I couldn’t keep up doing exactly what it said, the app no longer had anything useful to contribute. Unlike other coaches that can adjust. Very few people will be able to stick to the program as written, a more successful coaching app would adjust to your real life. — Original review: Excellent program, decent layout for tracking your workout, design is a little clunky but it works. Problem is it doesn’t calculate how much weight to lift. Which makes it pretty much useless. It’s not a complete program to just give exercises and sets and reps without saying how much to lift. You can’t execute. That said the program itself looks pretty good. But you can’t do the program without knowing how heavy the weights should be. And if the app isn’t supplying that, it’s not a true coach.
