The most sensible things are missing for this communication tool. who needs a calendar, right? The app consistently freezes when trying to add or remove users to your room. The app gives an emoji and comment option, but those don’t work at all. Outside of being able to private message, this is a one way communication tool with very few options.

This is a terrible platform. It is difficult to use. Parents get kicked off. They cannot read teachers messages. It is not user-friendly and it is very difficult to figure all of the ins and outs of using it. I hate that they made us get rid of ClassDojo, which was a perfect app for everything that we needed!

My school district made the foolish mistake of purchasing this app. I only get notification of messages on the hour and sometimes at that point I miss a lot of them and it’s difficult to create small group conversations. Overall, it is awful would not recommend anyone.

My school used to use Remind and then switched to thrill share. It’s so much more complicated to use and does not work as well. I don’t like that I can’t just added parents with their phone numbers myself like I used to be able to. It takes longer to send photographs
