Description
TigerAware is a revolutionary data collection tool which enables researchers to collect a wide variety of data easily. TigerAware supports several different survey question types along with the capability to track location. TigerAware also supports a robust notification and survey branching system. Surveys are also cached offline, so they can be accessed without internet connection.
Researchers can configure TigerAware surveys and deploy them using their TigerAware Dashboard. If you would like to gain access to your own TigerAware system contact us at TigerAwareLabs@gmail.com.
At this time TigerAware does not use the Health App functionality or data, but for technical reasons does contain references to Health App.

I don’t like that I have to uninstall the app every time I have to do a new set of surveys. Other than that, I guess I can’t really complain
Notifications
You have a bug in your application that does not allow notifications sent to the users. This issue was reported at least one year ago and hasn’t been resolved yet. In order to receive notifications from your application you have to uninstall your application and reinstall after every surgery (3x’s per day).
