Love that it’s cloud based!
Love that this app is cloud based so it looks the exact same on a desktop using a browser as it does using the app from my phone. Another perk is that all updates are made in live time across all devices!
Don’t Bother
The app is useless. On iOS 18 it doesn’t have any functionality. Can’t look at timeline, can’t look at service/floor plan in, no today button…even before the app was basically just the desktop website on the phone so you’d have to stare at super tiny text and would maybe hit the tiny button you were aiming for every other time. As of now it’s actually useless with the iOS update. Unfortunately it looks like the web is the same, so as a restaurant manager there is now no way to use Tock from your iPhone currently.
App keeps crashing
I cannot find a place to report this, so I’m writing a review. I use this app for work and it has worked perfectly fine for me for the last year or so. Recently it’s been crashing after I use it for a few minutes and gives a "something’s wrong" message. I’ve tried deleting and re-installing, as well as rebooting my phone. Nothing has worked. It’s very frustrating.
