Can’t describe how good their support is. Had an issue for weeks and said ok let me just email them. Within seconds, not an over exaggeration, someone was helping me and for the first time didn’t start at level 1 with support, they acknowledged I knew what I was talking about and confirmed there was an issue. The FOLLOWING DAY an update was out that fixed my issue. Meanwhile they kept me updated the entire time. Great team here, just get in contact with them for any concerns and they will help.
BUG fix suggestion
When you go to enter the card information for one time replenishment, and you use your phone camera to scan the information on the card into the app, it reads the expiration date in 2 digit year as it is on the card. But the app requires 4 digit year. There is no manual way to fix it, no keyboard and a drop down menu only gives options for other 2 digit years. Only way to get it to work is by entering the expiration date first in the 4 digit format then use the phone camera to scan the card then go to the expiration year again, and only then the drop down menu gives options for 4 digit year.
It would easier to not require the 4 digit year and make it 2 digit year, that what we could just scan all the information with the phone camera and just press Pay.
So easy! It’s about time!
It’s about time they made this app, it is so much easier to use than logging into that ancient website or having to call their customer service over the phone. In fact I wasn’t able to make a payment over the automated phone system because of some hold on my account but using the app it let me do it right away. Very convenient
