Has been searching for different apps and found this app very friendly with nice features that works perfect for personal and business .I would like the calendar to have the option to monthly format also .

I’m a one-man company and handle a lot of sales and technical issues and need some way to track those I’ve looked at. I don’t know dozens of CRM‘s and they’re all for bigger bigger operations. I guess they need departments and staff and so forth I’m not that I just need to keep my customer information in my phone with a calendar And the phone number and be able to contact people when I have to or look up their record when they call me and this so far has been working for both of those I would and I don’t know I haven’t asked the company, but it would be great if this could be in the cloud or be a PC version maybe they have it maybe they don’t I didn’t ask, but I’m going to use it for a few weeks and most probably pay for an upgraded version because if I last that long with it and I feel that way about it at the end they certainly deserve to make some money

My contacts have a different field name for PHONE and EMAIL so none of those imported. I’ve asked twice and now just sent another request on how to handle it. So that’s not a good import system or very good customer support. Be careful when you import or you may get 2 phone numbers out of 2000 and same with emails.UPDATE: these people do not have any customer service. I have emailed them a number of times and i get ZERO response. There are so many things that are unclear and the online support is incredibly weak. Such a shame because this actually looks like the app i was always wanting.

I tried using this app to track the people in my senior adult ministry. I had used another app which allowed notes to be kept on each person. With over one hundred seniors, I needed to be able to see previous posts. This app would not allow room to do so with any amount of space to report. Also,I could not make a report by months summarizing all the contacts easily and together. For that reason, I am scrubbing this app and will look to another for this coming year.
