Twos: Write *Things* Down 4+

I’m obsessed with productivity and planning apps. I have tried so many list and note and calendar apps and burned out on so many. But Twos is different. It has all the features I’ve loved about any other apps, it has features I don’t know how to use or don’t need but you might, and it is easy and intuitive to learn.
Also right now it’s FREE. All the little add-one? They’re not necessary and they can also be earned for free. I bought the full thing, even though I’d earned enough coins to buy everything I wanted, just because I wanted to support the app and the developers. I love the way lists can be nested within one another and the way tags work. The browser app for my computer is phenomenal. I have been so productive lately I can hardly believe it.
Twos is the best. Actually the best. Someday when they are wildly successful and can host documents, I’ll pay for storage so I can store papers and documents in the app instead of linking to them. This app is so great.

I have been using Twos for over a year, promoting it whenever I can, and am actually surprised that I haven't posted a review in the App Store until today. An oversight on my part!

Twos is more than a note app. It is an information management app with a focus on simplicity that hides its power. You have to experience Twos for yourself. Commit to it for 30 days, and you will be hooked. Here are just a few things I like about Twos:

First, Twos is simple enough that anyone can start by simply adding things to their day, and build more complexity as needed.

Second, Twos is adaptable. It is made with the end-user in mind. In Twos, you can structure your menu items in the way that works best for you, add highlights, set a default thing type, and add new features to improve your experience, while ignoring features that you don't really need.

Finally, Twos is focused on community. Twos allows you to network with other users, sharing lists, connecting with and following one another out of a love of sharing information, while still keeping chosen information private. In today's world, connection is vital, and Twos incorporates that need as well.

This is a well-balanced tool that helps you to manage all the things in your life in a way that is flexible, focused and adaptable to your particular needs. So give it a try! You won't be disappointed.

I recently discovered Twos: Notes and Lists and it is my new note taking and planning app of choice. The concept of daily notes and general notes works perfectly with my workflow. The ability to link between general notes and daily notes is also very powerful. I keep Twos open all day on my Mac and/or my iPad. Sync between devices is rock solid. Throughout the day I update my daily note rapid logging style and if a new matter comes up I can quickly create a new general note.

I am very picking regarding my notes app and and the need to future proof my notes mandatory. With Twos it’s easy to export my daily notes and general notes into an easy to use txt file.

If you manage/plan your day using a notes app, you will be very pleased with Twos!
