When I purchased this protection plan I did so hoping I’d never have to use it because I though the whole claim process would be a nightmare. Well, I had to use it and I’m so happy the claim process is as easy as a few clicks and taking pics and video. I’m sure I’d they have any questions or concerns they will reach out to their customers. Very pretty easy and smooth process. Hope my claims resolves as easy as this process. Thanks!

I purchased a 1k sofa from living spaces and they offer this plan a few years later under the protection I have open a claim took over 1 month for them to send a supposedly expert tech he came move the sofa took a few photos and left the tech by accident damage the corner of the sofa when he move it the are was already damaged by accident and he made it worst weeks later he send a report the sofa just was old and did not put all the findings and this lying company now won’t cover the accident rips and frame damage they took my money send someone that made it worst and now they won’t cover thieves bad customer service but im take them to court because all my claim is under the warranty stay away from this company.

This is a really useful app in that u can do all the work yourself in a few easy steps. But I had a really hard time getting my password reset. It till me a week to be able to get into the app bc I had to contact support to let me in. The reset password link did not work.
Secondly the furniture descriptions are not helpful. I ordered my sectional 3 years ago. I don’t remember the names of each piece. It would be nice to have a pic for each item. Or if it knew what I had based on my account and then I could only select from those items.
