Customer service

Tabitha, the customer service person I talked to today which is April 4, 2024. She was a great help with clearing my problem up. I had an issue of another person‘s name being was shown on my account and I’ve called three times before explaining that I had a problem with that, Tabitha cleared up my problem and she helped me with his great assistance in getting my claim done for today and I’m very of her assistance she was very helpful and she deserve five stars. That’s why I’m giving it rating today at five but the experience I had of having someone’s information shown to me which I should not have seen and I explained that to the other two people that I’ve called concerning this issue which did not help me at all because I continually experience seeing this person which was another customer information and Tabitha was of great help clearing up that problem. She deserves the five star rating. That’s the only reason why I’m giving that to you guys. Today is because of Tabitha, but other all I guess the experience of seeing someone’s information was not great because I would not want anyone to see my personal information either so great applause to Tabitha, thank you

Stellar website

When I realized that I needed to submit my claim online I immediately thought “here we go again—stress overload”. Much to my surprise the process was quick, the form easy to maneuver and a pleasant experience. My only problem is that I did not have a complete grasp of the meaning of my choices. I know you have covered all of your bases—I just wasn’t sure which ones applied to my situation.

App works but bad warranty

I got this warranty to protect the couch cause I can be clumsy sometimes. One day fiancé accidentally spills wine where the sectionals meet. I contact them they say the best way to take care of this is their cleaning kit. I use the cleaning kit and I stains it worse than the wine stain. No Biggy I’ll just let them know and surely they’ll fix the issue. They send out a technician who says “Yup, they need to replace both pieces”. After about 5 days of waiting on that they say it’s not covered cause “dog hair” was found on it (according to the person I spoke with on the phone) and that there are two spots for the stains (which I’ve clearly informed them of I. The beginning of the case because ya know...it’s a sectional). Still dealing with it today and it’s been almost 3/4 months and I replied about 3 weeks ago and still no response. Don’t ever get warranty from them again.
