Submitting was easy enough!
I was nervous using the app based off some poor reviews. The bad reviews appeared to be from a few years ago so I gave it ago rather than calling in. Submitting was very easy and user friendly, took less than a minute to upload the process and get confirmation. Still waiting to hear back on the rest of the process and if there will be any problems.
Wow this is BAD
Opened the claim at the beginning of July. Still no scheduled resolution in sight and no recourse to escalate. They have never responded to any of my inquiries. The process will move at whatever pace they dictate with no communication. Very archaic and not customer friendly at all. UPDATE: Technician cancelled appointment same day and they assigned a new date that doesn’t work for us. There is NO WAY to get in touch with someone to reschedule. We tried: 1. Contact technician (both via voice and text) 2. Calling the 800 number (It dumps you to voicemail and they don’t return or acknowledge) 3. Using the in-app email (it goes unacknowledged). I didn’t think this service could get worse when I originally wrote this review. UPDATE2: bumping up to 3 stars since they ultimately fixed it.
Easy and fast
I love how quick and easy it is to submit a claim and the response time is always very fast as well.
