Excellent but needs improving

When I bought this app I declined the email newsletter yet each time after I finish the program there's a box thanking me for subscribing. Also, in the white light ball part where the ball increases to 3 feet in size it's then supposed to encompass your entire body. That's fine if you're real small or a leprechaun but kinda stops the glow you're in while you stop and say to yourself "okay 6 feet should work".

Just what I needed

I have been searching a long time for a meditation like this. I honestly have not been able to stay awake to hear the end of it, because it is so relaxing that I fall asleep. Although I didn't purchase this for sleep , I definitely needed something to reduce stress and anxiety do to a medical condition which has been interfering with sleep. This has truly helped with all three conditions. I look forward to listening to this everyday! I have others meditations by the same narrator, but this is hands down the best in my opinion.

May 2021: App Keeps Crashing!

This app no longer works. It immediately crashes when clicked on. Won’t open at all. Please fix.

Was disappointed that the Daily Reminder feature has been eliminated from this latest version of the app. UPDATE: The Daily Reminder function is still there but you can no longer customize the sound of the alert tones. Also, the hypnotic narration seems to have been shortened and changed substantially. Wish there was a way to get the old version back.
