VSee Clinic is a simple, secure way for you to hold a telehealth consultation with your provider from anywhere. VSee Clinic allows HIPAA-compliant chat and video calls. It’s encrypted, so your patient health data is secure.

Seeing your doctor is easy with VSee Clinic. You can schedule a consultation or “walk-in” without an appointment. You can also make credit card payments, review your visit history, and read your doctor’s notes – all from your iOS device.

Apple Health app integration is also available on VSee Clinic app for tracking active minutes and steps.

Drs Lux Visit Telemed

I have been having great visits with Dr Lux. He has alot of patience and compassion. I just started seeing him and slowly but surely I know I am going to get back to where I’m supposed to be at. Considering I’ve had breast cancer no left breast, I’ve had open heart surgery and now have a titanium mechanical heart valve, just recently developed Brain and Lung cancer. He is teaching me this is thru no fault of my own. He is keeping comfortable and making me strong again. I want to live life to the fullest and I know with his help I can get there. Thank you so much and thank you lord for bringing him into my life.

Can you update to make more user friendly?

Hi I’ve used this app to help my 90+ year old parents attend video consultations with their doctors during the pandemic. All of these suggestions are to reduce inputs that would make the app more user friendly and the check in process less cumbersome. Could you make some updates?: 1) allow user to save as a favorite their medical waiting room/provider vs having to input info to find it each time; 2)allow us to save the patient info again maybe as a saved profile or favorite they can select; 3) can you integrate the consent button and next button. To make it one step/click at this point? Or can you make consent box larger. It can be hard to see if person has poor vision.

I hope televisits continue post pandemic for non urgent care appts. It saves a lot of time and costs to not have to make a trip to a non urgent doctor visits. Making this app more user friendly would really aid the user/patient. Especially when they may not be feeling well so a simplified check in would be greatly appreciated. As well as older users would benefit as well. Thank you.

Not blind friendly

I have yet to have a virtual/video visit with my provider because of a glitch with the question about whether I have bee there before. I have tried to no avail on iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, iPad mini purchased 2 urs ago. No dive. The only way I can do it is to go get somebody’s tho can see to select that one darn radio button. Without it, no appt. nobody trying to use it or giving it lower ratings is the problem. I am fully Independant and the button does not work. I have been using apple’s voice over since my iPhone 4. Please fix that button? The clinic told me lots of other people also have that same issue. I hoped the last update would fictions it but it did not. I need to be seen or go to the emergency room in person. This is ridiculous.
