Swim lessons at WAC provide children and adults with a safe, fun and supportive means of learning to swim. Premium Classes Add more specialization, variety, equipment, motivation and new challenges to your favorite formats. Lift heavier weights, last longer through cardio intervals, see your flexibility and balance dramatically improve, work towards better form, get into that yoga pose you've always wanted to try and so much more! Swim Programs Group Swim Lessons Most levels have a ratio of 4:1 up to 6:1 students to instructor for the younger levels. The ratio of class participants to instructor will vary on the club, the level being taught and experience of the students. Private Swim Lessons WAC offers Private Swim Lessons for all ages and abilities. If you want to learn how to swim, or just want to sharpen your skills, this might be right for you. Lessons are 30, 45 or 60 minutes in length and can be scheduled at your convenience. Semi-Private groups of only two or three will focus on what the group of individuals desire to learn. WAC + app uses the Health app that is pre-installed on your iPhone to sync nutrients and workouts data. Because of this, the app will ask you to grant read and write access to your nutrients and workouts data.

App is hard to use. And there are two apps which makes it very confusing. I’m a tech savvy millennial and I can’t find any way to see the classes I’ve booked in one easy convenient spot. Hard to use. Needs improvement.

Worse than the old app, major downgrade

1. Interface is clunky and difficult to navigate.2. There doesn’t seem to be any way to view when or how many times I’ve visited, which is crucial information for me since my employer is paying for my membership and I get charged directly out of my paycheck if I don’t go at least 8 times every month.3. App Store page claims this is compatible with Apple Wallet, but there doesn’t seem to be any way to actually add my barcode to the wallet.Update: App has not materially improved since I left this review, but now I’m forced to use it because they got rid of the old one. Barcode takes forever to load every time I try to check in. Why does it have to load at all? It is static and doesn’t change. There is no reason it has to load every time.

I can’t believe that this is what the “new“ app looks like, I absolutely hate it! I am hoping there’s much more work happening on the backend because if the app is staying like this, it’s a major downgrade. The class times are tiny and hard to read. The way the classes are just in list form with no way to filter them is frustrating. It’s visually just way worse than the other app. It’s difficult to find what classes you are registered for. I am really surprised they didn’t just add the premium classes to the other app if this is how it was going to end up. I even find myself not wanting to go to classes because I hate dealing with how terrible this app is. It’s just a major downgrade from the previous app. Hoping many more changes are coming because this is not great.

Why change a good thing? This app used to be user friendly now there are too many steps involved. If I’m too tired to come to class it was 2 clicks and I could unregister and go back to bed, now you have to wake up just to unregister because you have to look for the right family member. Whose stupid idea was this to change this app??? The font is too small for us old people as well. Even when you sort the classes, the font is too small!! No one signs up for classes unless they are super popular because if they don’t show up we get penalized. We should not be penalized for the price we pay for this expensive membership!!! Needless to say I’m not happy with the app and it needs to be fixed by less clicks and bigger font. User friendly people!
