If I could give Washington Federal a negative I would. This app worked for about a week then stopped. Their whole redesign is horrible. You have Treasury Prime for the mobile and Treasury Express for the desktop.I have called support a number of times. This last time I was told someone from the mobile support would call... two days later still no call. As much of a hassle changing business accounts is I am seriously considering it.
UPDATE: OCTOBER 15 and the app STILL doesn’t work. And STILL waiting on support to call. Even with the disaster of the business accounts they still went ahead with switching the personal accounts. Completely locked out of all my accounts on the mobil. Worst banking experience ever!

Thank you for contacting us. We regret that the IOS 12 update caused a temporary outage to the app. It is now fully operational and reliable. If you have not yet gained access to either app please let us know, we’d be glad to provide assistance.
The layers of security are miserable here and on a PC. You are lucky if you can just get logged in. The support is through email, but it takes days to solve anything. You can call and get transferred to the Treasury “Express” department, but you can imagine how busy they are. Expect an hour wait time at best. Ridiculous thing is there regular app works great for a business and personal account, but if you have three accounts this is your only option to “access” and link all three. I currently can’t get logged in again. I have now just given up and regularly call the branch direct to transfer funds. The employees of Wafed are flat embarrassed by this cumbersome unusable system.
Useless for bill pay
I mainly need this app to pay bills on my iPad while traveling, since bill pay doesn’t work in iOS browsers. But the bill pay part doesn’t work in this app, either. I called customer service, they blamed it on iOS 13. Well iOS 13 has been out for quite awhile now, and bill pay still doesn’t work. I have to travel with my laptop just to be able to pay bills. Disappointing.
