Wayback 4+

*** I always went to the location on Woodruff Road, but then it Closed maybe because of COVID and now the only one near me is an hour away, and I haven’t been there yet but my friends all say the Food & Service are Great !! I wish you guys would Open a Store in Travelers Rest South Carolina because the Quality & Service of your restaurant would keep you very busy. We will not go to Burger King or McDonalds even with all the Deals and Coupons they throw at you. So it breaks down like this, You are the #1 in Burgers like KFC is #1 in Chicken ***

This happened to me a second time now:
It was around 7:55 pm when I put in an order for a burger. I checked ahead of time what the store hours are. The app indicated that the restaurant would close at 9:00 pm. So I went ahead and put in my order. When I got the receipt it said that the burger would be ready by 11:45 am the next day. That’s obviously not when I needed my burger. I am hungry now, not tomorrow at noon! The app has no button to cancel the order. My money has been charged. I called the number but no one answered. I drove to the store but it was already closed. On the door there was a sign that it closed at 7:30 pm. That’s not what the app indicated. So, now I paid for a burger that I won’t be able to receive until noon tomorrow. By then I don’t want it anymore and I don’t know how to get my money back!

We have been going to way back burgers for over 6 years!! We love Dario and all his employees. They all treat my daughter like royalty. She has allergies and I know that the grill is always cleaned and her order is always dairy and tree but free. There are not many places we eat out at due to her allergies but Wayback Burgers is our most trusted place!! Thank you for always making my daughter feel special and me as a mom, never nervous she will eat something she shouldn’t!!
