Registration for WayToPark is free: just create your account via the app. Once you’ve created an account, you can park and pay for parking in any location parking is available in Deerfield Beach.

• Use the dial to choose how long you want to park
• Confirm your payment

Horrible and no help

All the buttons that I clicked on, while standing in front of the parking kiosk that says it accepts payment through this app, do nothing. (Except one that shows me a map of my current location. I already know where I am. What I need to do is pay for parking). There are no instructions how to use this app anywhere on the website. There are no instructions within the app itself. There are no FAQs. Who even thanks of launching an app without explaining to customers how they can use that app? Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.

Tech support is GREATLY lacking.

Changed phones and for some reason the password did not save. I pushed “reset password” and it said an email would be sent. It was sent AN HOUR later. I had given up checking for the email after 20 minutes and moved to different parking. I opened the email when I found it later that night and pressed reset password only to be told the email had timed out!!! 🙄 I’ve now been in an email thread with their tech support which is a completely different company “Flowbird Mobil Support” and the first request was what my email was... even though I had just emailed them... THROUGH MY EMAIL! 🤦🏻‍♀️ It’s an APP! Tech is everything!!! How can you outsource that?!

Support is not useful at all

I like the convenience of this app but in no way is there support helpful. I called the phone number to get my money back on a parking spot that I accidentally did 24 hours for instead of 10 minutes nobody has contacted me back and their email is non-responsive super upset that I had to spend $24 because the phone app didn’t load with the correct time- yes I fixed it but went back when submitted. The email and phone number on their site doesn’t work either.
