Registration for flowbird is free: just create your account via the app. Once you’ve created an account, you can park and pay for parking in any location that utilizes the flowbird app. Caution: flowbird is not available everywhere, please consult the list of eligible locations on our website.
How to Use the App:

• Choose the vehicle license plate
• Select your location on the map
• Use the dial to choose how long you want to park
• Confirm your payment

Not as good as other apps

Our city was using woosh and it was worth the surcharge. Flowbird needs some help. It’s difficult to input your vehicles. If you have multiple vehicles it’s almost impossible to choose how to park. Every parking transaction wants to use my truck as it’s the default. I Choose a different vehicle and complete the transaction but get a receipt for my truck? I try again to choose my Harley and again it gives me a receipt for my truck? Also several attempts to park resulted in a system “error “ when the error was that our city was not charging for parking after a certain time frame?

Thank you for your feedback. We do apologize for the troubles. On the "Park Here" screen the default plates appears in the right hand upper corner. If you wish to select a different plate you must simply click on the plate. Now you can select the plate you wish to use. In the future you may click on My Account, click on Contact Us and Click on Email Us or Call Support. One of our customer support agents will be happy to assist you . Worst app ever

I reviewed this app already but I didn’t get a response. Today I needed to park downtown again and this is the app the city of Paso Robles unfortunately switched to. We did have “Way to Park” which was so simple…AND it sent you a message when your time was running out. With Flowbird I again did not receive the 15 minute warning I signed up for. I checked all my settings and every single button for notification was on. I couldn’t verify if you received my payment. There was no countdown on my free parking session, which you ask me to “pay” for. And when I tried to look for a timer you wanted me to enter my info and start all over! Is this even a real app? I notice all your responses to other negative reviews are the same. Hellooooo. Anyone competent out there?! And why the heck do you call it “Flowbird”? Out of all the apps on my phone, when I park I’m looking for something that cleverly has the word PARK in it.

Insanely complicated for a 1 time use app

Nobody *wants* to use this app. You use it because the place you park makes you use it, or stand in line for their equally over complicated pedestals. You use this app once and probably never again because every parking lot uses someone else’s app.
Don’t make me enter car registration details and sign up for an account and all this other useless crap nobody actually wants to do.
While we’re at it, why did the pedestal make me go through a bunch of menus when there was literally no other option at my parking lot other than “flat rate”? I should punch in my spot # and swipe a card and go. No multiple screens of details and button presses for what should be an easy process, PLEASE.
