WebTPA is a third-party administrator that processes claims and provides member support on behalf of your employer’s benefit plan. We provide a dedicated team to assist you with questions about your benefits, providers and claims. These team members can be reached through your dedicated customer service number on your ID card. We are based in Irving, TX, and we also have regional locations around the country, including San Antonio, TX, Oklahoma City, OK and Madison, WI. What’s the point?
Im trying to find a new pcp. For whatever reason I can’t seem to search for one on the regular website so I downloaded the app thinking maybe I can search that way.
I can’t even see my plan info. I can’t look up my dedutctible balance. Clicking the links sends you to a website error page.
It’s more useless than the crappy website.
Not helpful
The screenshots appear misleading, as when I login there is 0 information about my account. The only information is their “about us” which is generic, and “contact us” which directs to the contact information on the physical card (not provided on the app itself).
The app literally does nothing to help the user or provide any pertinent information.
Waste of Time
I thought this would be helpful since insurance is so confusing. . . This app is a waste of time. After creating an account you can see your member number, deductible, out of pocket expenses and claims. . . All stuff that I already get in an email. . . For specifics it told me to go to the website . . .
