WeGoTogether® is a tracking and support app designed specifically for those starting Wegovy® to help them reach their goals. Please see Medication Guide for Wegovy® at https://www.novo-pi.com/wegovy.pdf#guide. WeGoTogether® includes * Tracking: Log your dose, schedule check in reminders, and track when you take your medication. * See your progress: Charts help you visualize where you started and where you are each week. * Content that supports you, including how to take your medicine, staying on top of refills, handling tricky social situations, building positive habits, and more. Users of the previous WeGoTogether® portal will need to create a new account in the app to get started. Passwords and data from the web portal will not transfer to the new app, but users can manually import historical data. Your privacy is important to us. In order to use the app you have to set up a whole new account and it doesn’t import the data from the web application. For a company like Novo Nordisk, that’s literally making billions and billions of euros from this medication, it seems unfathomable that they couldn’t afford to pay someone to come up with a way to migrate users’ accounts and data from one platform to another but it seems you can at least add the data manually. Otherwise the app seems ok.

Been using the App for measuring results and tracking my injections. Great so far! Setting up an account was easy not sure why people are upset about having to create one since that’s very typical for any new application

Worst app implementation EVER

Geech in MI
There was no notification for needing to create a new account until this week. When you call the help phone number listed in the app it puts you into an endless loop. Found a different number to call online and they couldn’t help. On the 3rd or 4th try I finally got someone who could submit a ticket for support. I got an email from support with yet another phone number that put me into a different endless loop! No I find out that all of my past date will just be lost?!?! This is a ridiculously poor user experience, especially since we will be forced to use the app after December!!
