We monitor your vital parameters: HRV, Heart Rate, Resting Heart Rate, Blood Oxygen, Wrist Temperature, and Blood Pressure for comprehensive wellness insights.
We measure and analyze your Heart Rate (Pulse) and Heart Rate Variability (HRV) to provide insights into cardiovascular health, nervous system status, stress levels, recovery state, and readiness for training.
Wellhero also analyzes workout data to help you understand how physical activity impacts stress, recovery, and performance. Track training load, intensity, and recovery cost to optimize workouts and avoid overtraining.
Wellhero analyzes data automatically collected by the Apple Watch. By processing this data, we determine stress load on the body, resilience to pressure, and overnight recovery quality.
We also analyze (but do not measure) blood pressure (BP), explaining the significance of the numbers and calculating key cardiovascular metrics. The free version includes 6 blood pressure analysis metrics, with extended analytics available in premium features.
