WFO Mobile 4+

This is the worst app I have ever used for my schedule. It makes me register my device every time I login. The dashboard is blank. The older one had all the links and shortcuts in dashboard. There’s no way to filter the schedule by week, so you get the daily schedule with the breakdown for the day. If I’m off and want to check my schedule for the week I can’t do that anymore, I have to select each day to see what I’m scheduled for which is pretty frustrating. When you check your personal balances if you choose sick time and want to go back and check vacation time, the back button will take you to the dashboard which is blank instead of taking you to the previous page which is the page where you can select what kind of personal balance you want to check. And there’s more, but I am too frustrated, so I’ll leave it at that.

This app is very slow. We have great Internet and it doesn’t matter if I’m at home or in town. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I’ve cleared cookies. It’s back to running slow again. It may take 10 minutes for a request to be denied. Or it may take five or six minutes to look at schedule information by that point I’ve already missed my opportunities.

This app is terrible. It doesn't work, doesn't load and is completely useless. It also doesn't actually register your device it just opens a browser window for you to log in each time making the app a complete waste of space.
