WH2o is Winter Haven Water’s APP for managing your Winter Haven Water Account. View past and current water use, get notifications sent to you directly about planned an unplanned outages and, view your past and current bills. Check out our water conservation program incentives and rebates to learn more about how you can save money and water at the same time.

Payment day
You should include the day you want the payment for. For example, my payment is due on the 28th and I am necessarily paying on the 23rd.
Last month, I was late 3 days because my water bill hadn't arrived and I already had to pay interest. I want a pre-scheduled payment, something you should allow

Should work great
App needs a major overhaul. It never works. Tells me to log on later most of the time. Plus. when I am to submit payment, I receive an “apology error. Payments not accepted at this time. Try again later”. Words to that effect. I end up logging on through my laptop or making the payment by phone. According to apple downloads, the app hasn’t been updated in over a year.
