Wienerschnitzel 4+

Payment options are incomplete… cannot use deals or coupons… none of the larger combos that are on the menu can be purchased through the app… people that are going to take the time to download this app are the ones that want the coupons and combos. App looks nice… that’s about it. Did you guys even look at what other restaurants do with their apps. Do some research and make it better including offers, Apple Pay and maybe a rewards system. In this case being like everyone else is a good thing.

I love Wienerschnitzel, but your app is horrible. It only shows basic food items. It doesn’t let you order the “Dailu Deals”, or any other specials that are advertised at each location. Plus, there is a lot of confusing things tha keeps me from ordering. Like “group orders ”? I have no idea what that’s all about. It doesn’t explain it, and if it does, I didn’t see it. My suggestion is to look at the competitions apps., and take notes. Until this app is fixed, I will only order here paying at the window, and ordering at the speaker.
Unfortunately though, I will likely go to a place that have a great, easy to use app. If Wienerschnitzel fixes the app, I will come here more often! 😁

What’s the point in having an app that doesn’t have any coupons!!! Since they raised minimum wage prices for McDonald’s , wienerschnitzel , taco bell, kfc, popeyes,etc has been raised at insane costs. Wendys has even started a higher price scam depending on how busy they are so you will pay more at certain times!!! In these days of the rotten economic times we all live in it’s impossible to feed your family and all of you fast food joints raise your prices due to corporate greed. Have a heart and offer deals for God’s sake!! Without giving deals for families on your apps, I hope all of you guys go out of business!! If I give 1 star it’s because they wont let me post it without marking a star. I would say zero
