Surprisingly useful!
I have their product since their first launch early this year and had some trouble getting it connected but Karen from customer service was super helpful and troubleshoot with me until it was fixed. Since then, they released a few software updates and it has been very stable for me. I really like that the device can tell when a guest smoking vs cooking and notify me right away. Makes enforcing on non smoking in my property a lot easier.
Super accurate for monitoring my STR
Absolutely love the Wynd Sentry! As a Tahoe rental owner, this little device has been a game-changer. It's uncanny how accurate it is – I've already nipped a few pot-smoking incidents in the bud (pun intended!). 🍃✖️ The app? A breeze to use. And a huge shoutout to Karen from customer support – she was a gem when I had some questions. Highly recommend!
Product improved greatly!
The product has improved significantly and is extremely useful. In the beginning product was buggy disconnection etc. Now everything is good. ☺️. My property is well protected. No more smoking damages.
