Nice Concept, still needs some work

PROS
-I love I can indicate what band color I used. I have to manually input this other apps.

-I like the ability to distinguish between full reps and partial reps, although it is difficult to remember sometimes.

-I like that it has the standard X3 workouts pre-programmed with the ability to customize later.

CONS

-Would be nice if the workouts were labeled “Push Day” and “Pull Day” like in the workout plan so I can easily recognize my workout for the day. I often forget which is what with just having it labeled “Workout 1” and “Workout 2”

-I was enthusiastically hoping that the reason it asks for height, band color, and full/partial reps is so it could provide a general range of pounds lifted…. But no. There’s just a chart at the end with no numbers. That was disappointing.

-Like other users, I accidentally deleted my session due to accidentally hitting the back button. A pop-up confirming if the user would like to exit and delete all data would prevent this.

-Would be nice to place a Rest button at the bottom of the workout screen to account or rest.

I will still use this along with another workout app in hopes that the aforementioned issues would be resolved.

Looking for interoperability

Like the X3. App has very basic functions. I would like to see data sharing across some platform like other health apps have so I can centralize my performance and data. Consider iWatch application also as this would be a big help. Interaction with Apple health or other platforms is really key so that workout data can be better recorded and tracked.

Hopefully these are ideas that can happen as I see this as a big plus for fitness based apps and systems. Thanks.

Add option for multi-band sets

With the vast difference in force needed between Black and Elite bands, it’s nearly impossible to go directly from one to the other. Users would need first progress through sets with multiple combinations of bands in order to make the transition. The app currently doesn’t provide options to track workouts that way. When tracking workouts at Black level while adding one or more bands, ones rep count goes down initially and builds back over time. It doesn’t accurately reflect the force gains and instead shows a decline. Can you add options for multi-band sets? This would also show users the natural progression that would be needed to take them from Black to Elite.
