Okay for free

App would be a lot better if it didn’t have a timer on watching my cameras. I don’t need to be reminded how long I’ve been watching. Get rid of this please. Long load times with high speed internet make this feature absolutely useless. The settings features in the system could be a little more user friendly too. Not everyone is an IT expert. Dumb down the settings for the rest of us. Overall though the basic stuff is pretty easy to use and navigate. Linking the system to the app could be a little more user friendly too.

Terrible APP

The cameras are good but the app is terrible, every time I open the app i get advertisements. Who want to see that. The camera are for security to be access immediately. The login password never works. You reset the password and there is alway a error. To many click to access the cameras. To many click. It crash from one camera to another. Once you test your patient on the app, it shows you all the settings they are good settings. Waste of time and money. This cameras are good the app make it look terrible. Until they removed the advertisements and fix logging don’t waste your money look for a better brand unless you have all the time of the world to been clicking to many times to get the cameras.

Lose 2 stars for nagging pop up in version 3.2.0

Latest version has introduced a nagging pop up that suggests you’ve been watching the live feed a long time and need to take a break. I’ve been watching a long time because that’s my job! And the iPads I monitor are not convenient for tapping on this pop up to clear it. Worse still live video stops until you do. Please remove it, implement a way to turn it off in settings, or change the amount of time between pop ups.
