We all enjoy discovering new places and experiences but some of us don’t like to be surprised. If you’re one of those who prefers to research then Yelp is the right source for you. From restaurants and shops to night clubs and museums, check comments and ratings by fellow Yelpers and make sure you make the right choice.

I use Yelp a lot. I do reviews and use the social part with other Yelpers everyday. Recently the push notifications stopped working. I didn’t change anything. They just stopped.
Come to find out from other heavy users that this is common. Many of them have experienced the same problem from time to time. And it just keeps happening. The kicker tho? NO WAY TO CONTACT SUPPORT!!!!!
They have stupid FAQ’s that don’t help you with anything that anyone would need help with.
We all know that Yelp is not the best or most popular app for finding restaurants and other businesses. And it never will be until they have a way to serve their customers and allow users to get the specific fixes they need. The developers are some of the worst. If things don’t get fixed not only will I delete the app but I will pile on the negative reviews.

Highly recommend!
We talked to several painters in the East Contra Costa area to determine which firm would be the right fit. This is the most difficult trade to hire, as there are many underqualified contractors. Meono Paining stood out clearly from the pack: the owner, Andy Meono impressed us with his knowledge of the industry and conditions in the area; he had local examples of his work to visit and impressed us with a no-shortcut approach to prepping our house. But most importantly, Andy is on the job and a problem solver. Every condition that arose [and there are always a bunch of these] he handled with a ‘no problem’ we’ll take care of it” attitude and he did take care of every wrinkle, be it carpentry, buying needed parts, or contributing to the problem-solving process. I couldn’t recommend Meono Painting more highly and will definitely use them again.
