Depending on your cover, this service includes:

CRASH DETECTION: An in-app mobile crash detector picks up if you’re in a severe accident.

EMERGENCY MEDICAL ASSISTANCE: Emergency medical assistance sent to your exact location, whether you contact us or not.

TOWING SERVICE: An authorised tow-truck sent to your exact location. The ability to view driver details and track their progress in app.

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE: A roadside assistance provider that you can track to your exact location if your vehicle is out of fuel, has a flat battery, or a flat tyre.

REQUEST A LIFT: If your vehicle is towed, you can request a lift to where you need to go.

STAND-BY ME SERVICE: If you’re feeling unsafe, a Guardian Angel will be sent to wait with you until help arrives.

AUTOMATIC CLAIMS NOTIFICATION: Our claims team will be notified immediately of your accident. Customers with comprehensive and off-road vehicle cover benefit from all the services above and can share them with their regular drivers and up to five loved ones.

Great app but new update shuts it down

This app is great, however when I updated it a few weeks ago it stopped working. It shuts down once I confirm medical aid details. I have reinstalled several times but it does the same thing. It is compatible with my iPhone according to the dev details. Not sure if this is a bug?

Poor professionalism

I am new to FFW. I was told to submit vehicle inspection within 48 hours otherwise it will affect my policy. Got an sms notifying me an inspection function is available on the FFW website only to read on the website inspection can only be done on the app. Only to discover the app refuses to accept photos of my car. Photos of my drivers license and license disk were accepted but not of the car. Agent told me to go to Glasfit which I did. Glasfit has a function through Whatsapp (why not give it to all clients I wonder) which eventually worked and I could successfully complete the inspection. But now FFW don't remove the inspection warning from the app. It's been two days since submitting the inspection report but the 'inspection outstanding' warning stays on the app. I migrated to FFW because of their 'reasonable' premiums, but now I'm regretting the move. I didn't experience such incompetence from the previous insurer.

Great app but could do with a few additions

The app is great. It was very easy to submit a claim. I also have easy access to my policy information. One thing though is not being able to access the policy from the app. Like the official agreement. That would be nice to have.

It would be even better if I had the option to change my policy and be able to add other items that I would like to get insured directly on the app without having to caIl.

I think it would also be helpful if there were contact details somewhere on the app and not only be give the option to request a call back since that usually takes days. Even an email address would be helpful without having to go search on the web but just go into the app.
Perhaps could have one of those online chat boxes and assign a few agents to manage that.

Another useful tool would be frequently asked questions that I could access on the app.
