Hey, Bash fam

We’ve been in the toolshed working on the app. Things are running smoother with this update and though you might not notice all the improvements, you’re going to enjoy a better shopping experience. Bugs? Banished. Speed? Supercharged. Cupholders? We’re still working on those.

Very satisfied

Everything was exactly as I expected and the order actually arrived before the time that was expected.
Reading the reviews and I noticed that some people complained about sizes and the inconvenience of returning a product to the store that sells it and my only advice to them is to know your sizes. It’s your fault for ordering something bigger or smaller than you.
The quality of the product is as good as you would see it at your local shop.
Try by all means to double check your order with correct sizes to avoid returning a product simply because of the size.

Absolutely pathetic. Dont ever order from them
I ordered a watch that was on special from them and they had me waiting the whole week for it. Whike tracking the order I could see that the courier was not picking up the package so after 5 days of receiving my package I emailed them and asked them what was happening and they said that they would raise the issue. The following day I go to track my package and it says that my online return had been refunded (which I never requested). I emailed them and they said that they never had stock when I ordered, even though that was not what was showed on their website and I already paid for it. I tried arguing with them but it didnt help. Now after waiting a full week for my refund I send them an email asking where my money is and only now do they say that they need a copy of my bank statement even though they previously claimed that the money was already refunded and just waiting to be reflected in my account. So now Im going to have to wait more than likely another full week to hopefully get the money back which I really need.

Exceptionally bad customer experience

I wanted to do a return on a Cotton On item that I collected at another store. The Bash app said I can either go into the store from where the item came from (Cotton on) or courier, so I went into the store. Cotton On could only do an exchange, so I headed to the store where I collected the item from as per their instructions where I was told I needed a slip. I eventually got the slip and returned to the store a second time just to be told unfortunately they don't do returns that are not part the TFG group. Luckily the person helping was so friendly and helped me to call Bash to figure out what to do. She thanked me for being patient, they mentioned that so many customers have this exact same issue and scream and yel at them. Bash, be better. These people don't deserve to be treated like this due to the app's shortfalls. Product designers, be better. Make sure you understand the entire customer experience before sending us on a wild frustrating goose chase.

Deleting this app and sticking to Superbalist.
