Description
The Beagle Watch Smart App is a mobile application that allows you to manage your home alarm system from the palm of your hand, while located anywhere with data connectivity. The application is free to download and connects you directly to our team here at Beagle Watch and allows us to instantly inform you of any activity on your monitored premises.
Our smart app allows you to safely and securely manage different aspects of your customer profile such as, key holder details, holiday instructions and special client notes. Our application also allows you to safely and easily test your alarm system to always ensure it is in working order and includes a panic button feature which is linked directly between your alarm system at home and our Control Centre.

Great app in principle
I have been using the app as a landlord for two years. It gives my tenants the ability to test their alarm system without being on the phone and also a very useful panic button.
Overall the functionality and usefulness is great.
However now I have been struggling with my sites, adding tenants and activating tenants that have been suspended. Despite multiple calls to Beagle the problem is not solved.
Poor UX
I like that Beagle Watch has an app, but using it is painful.
I struggle to set the holiday mode and when I do get it right, that yucky automated voice keeps phoning me when my alarm goes off.
Logging a service request is a mission. The text box is way too small so I have to hope I’ve written some that’s made sense.
Really, these are the basics of app development.
