Not the most intuitive app.

I love that there is a solid verification process. Keeps a certain standard of personalities on the app, and gives a sense of safety.
The user experience could do with a lot of work. Things like a more intuitive chat feature(i.e. when you get a new message, the app should notify of that in platform through certain prompts/changing the colour of the messages etc.). Other key standard chat features available on most messaging apps would be appreciated (reactions, gifs etc.)
Also experiencing a few bugs, like recently all the chats/matches I had disappeared. Even new matches don’t appear in the chats.

Limiting number of active chats

I was really enjoying this app until it started limiting the number of people you can engage with at a given time. Seeing people who wish to engage with you but not having the option to converse because you don’t have the option to “End a chat” for whatever reason.

I’ll be deleting it at the end of this month if they do not revert back to original settings.

Such a pity, they really fumbled a good thing. 💔💔💔

Cant log back in/Delete account

The app crashed after profile and verification was done, now cant log back in to continue with my old profile.

Trying to delete the account and it keeps saying to choose reason even after selecting one,
