They reserve funds and take extra amount from account later
These people take money from account blindly taking the Sweepstars confirmation of hours worked.
There were 2 sweepstars sent to my premises and they both together worked for four hours but they were booked for 4,5 hours with an amount but they claimed 5 hours each and that was deducted from my acc.
It could be a small amount from me but scamming small amount from each person is not right hope they take confirmation from the owner as well of the number of hours worked before deducting the monies.
The app is easy to use but needs some tweaks. Changing cleaning location per booking needs to be made easier using preset location. The voting system need some improvement as I regularly get cleaners with a 4.5 rating that are only a 2 compared to others with a 4 rating. Maybe more specific reference to task efficiency would help (checklist). When selecting a cleaner that is unavailable it would be nice to be able to switch to another formerly used cleaner without going back through all the selection steps to the former cleaner list, just select another cleaner to fit the same job location and parameters from the last screen. Also nice to be able to put personal notes to previously used cleaners or a use again or not option so that you don’t have to remember who was good or not or have to relay the verbally to others sharing the app. I like the option of viewing the cleaner’s picture, place of birth and residence before booking. And unrelated to the app, please review your pricing as the price increase is making it less feasible to use the service regularly and rather employ cleaners privately which I’m sure is already widely practiced and detrimental to the service.
Poor service and no respect for property
Phumza Nophakela, who is a cleaner with the company was booked for 8hours but left before 2:30pm after starting at 8:30am. Firstly the app failed to show me that she is travelling as the timeline was not moving as to track her movements to my premises. Nonetheless first she dropped my kettle in water and now kettle is broken, she never not once apologised, she left my side table on the bed, she left my washing basket as it was dusty, she did not clean the veg holder, she wiped the tv stand but left the CD’s scattered, my work station was a mess, she used my mop to polish the floor with an oil based product and left it like that, couches were not dusted off, drawers in the room not wiped off, I specifically asked her to clean my toiletry section as it was visibly dusty but no she didn’t, my microwave and oven were facing in all sorts of directions like it was misplaced . This lady has no respect and feel so used and humiliated. I will be escalating this further as I won’t be paying for an item she broke more especially after paying for insurance. I will never use this service such disgusting service. Please do ask her to share our conversation via sms as one clearly can tell from there that this lady has mo remorse. Please advise how to escalate further.
