This app has several critical issues that make it inefficient and terrible . Firstly, requiring Bluetooth to be enabled at all times just to access the complex is a serious security risk. Why?

On top of that, the inability to copy and paste information adds unnecessary frustration. Manually entering tenant details one by one is time-consuming and prone to errors. It’s baffling that the app requires users to upload photos of tenants' ID cards or driver’s licenses themselves - why can’t the tenants upload this sensitive information on their own? This process is not only inefficient but raises concerns over privacy and data security.

First it was generate QR codes to enter which didn’t always work, having to scan it 1-5 times depending on the system.

Now facial recognition was introduced and onboarding for me personally has been a mission. After finally completing onboarding and deleting and re-downloading the app a number of times, I am still not recognised to enter or exit or even send codes to invite guests in.

I brought this problem forward to the support team and hadn’t heard a single word back. The guards at the gate (although not their problem or fault at all) don’t even have a backup way to get me into my estate.

Terrible app. Terrible feedback. Terribly thought of.

Best part is, none of this will be heard or fixed. Complaining for a service which we pay for is useless in this day and age.

App is totally not user friendly, adding a contact which is something so simple, is a job and a half using the Balwin app. The app sometimes does not work. You are not aware if your visitors have entered the complex or exited , since the app does not notify you. In short the app is too shaky and needs professionals to sort it out. They should use other good residence apps such as residentry as a reference to better their app or perhaps use the same app developer as residentry app.
