My Appointment is an online booking tool to help you make appointments at any of our great registered businesses. It allows customers to book appointments with ease, while allowing the business owner to maintain and manage their appointments professionally and effortlessly.
Our company is based in Johannesburg, although the nature of the work we do allows us provide our services all over South Africa. Within the company, we have years of system implementation experience and a very strong focus on customer service and customer satisfaction.

App freezes
It wont open the calendar on the days. It just keeps loading.
Not for Business!
Unfortunately, I would not recommend this app to any business owner. My business has been listed on the app for 3 months already and I have not received a single booking from the app. I don’t know if it’s their algorithm that doesn’t give exposure to certain businesses out if clients prefer to use other booking apps like Booksy or Fresha.
It is also frustrating that you cannot make changes to your business page without consulting head office to do it for you.
I wish I had saved my money and not wasted my time with an app that has done absolutely NOTHING for my business. I would strongly recommend Booksy instead.
