It does the job, which is letting people in to your estate. Besides that, the app’s UI is really ugly and difficult to navigate. File manager not intuitive.

Irritating adverts which seem like a money grab. Annoying splash screen every time you open the app. Poor loading times. And I often have to force quit the app to get it working again. Which is very annoying.

Delivery pins have to be hunted down after creation- can only imagine how people struggle with this. It should just be copied to the clipboard straight away surely?

The biggest reason I use this app is for letting people into my estate and that experience is really bad. First off, you used to have favourites so I could access it quickly. That’s gone in the recent version. Then, every time I add a delivery, it doesn’t immediately show me the pin. Why do I have to go hunting for it in the history when that’s the whole point of logging a delivery? Just give it to me right then and there. You also rolled back the functionality that would do real-time search when typing in a delivery company so now I have to type the whole name. Why? Also, please remove the ads, they’re so annoying. Why is the end user seeing those when we’re not the ones paying for the app??

Great app, easy to use. Have the following suggestions 1. Pedestrian can’t be added as regular visitors. They also need to be catered for. 2. Why can’t I set a regular visitor to start from the following day? 3. If one unit or stand number is registered why can’t the accounts be linked for better and efficient access control of visitors.
