unprofessional service and rude customer
I had a bad experience with Buffalo Logistics. The customer service was rude and unprofessional. My order was placed on 13th April 2024 and it only arrived in South Africa on 27th April. The driver was supposed to deliver my order on Friday, 3rd May, but it didn't arrive. When I called to inquire, the lady on the phone was rude and unhelpful. I was informed that my order can only be delivered on Monday. However, the delivery failed, and I called again on Saturday, but the lady on the phone was also rude and unprofessional. When I called today, a different lady answered and was rude. I asked when my package would be delivered, and she mentioned Wednesday or she didn't know. When I tried to address the issue, she cut the call on me.
Worst experience
I placed my order around 26 of may 2025 and I paid customs and everything, now it’s 12 of June and I’m still waiting for the package . They have poor service and poor communication 😡😡😡. I wish SHEIN could let us choose which logistics should deliver our packages because buffalo is the worst. When u call them they don’t answer what they know is to send the inconvenience emails that doesn’t even help. They don’t even deserve a star on a rating tap 😡😡
Boycott this company!!
My package still hasn’t arrived in South Africa after two weeks! I told the agents I need the package because the items are for a wedding they weren’t helpful they were extremely rude and ended the call when they were tired of talking to me. Information on their app and information that their agents have is not the same. Stop using this company they are expensive and very unprofessional. The service is horrible. They are the definition of bad service!
