Don’t bother with this app
Since rebranding as Chirp I’ve had issues with the company flagging and deleting my surveys and invalidating my experience then telling me to revisit.
Chirps support is also not helpful, they don’t know their own processes (eg. They once told me abc will happen on a certain date, that did not happen and I followed up with them and they changed their minds, now xyz had to wait for the campaign to be over even after that my refund was not given)
At least they respond to emails and direct you to an active WHATSAPP messaging system
- that’s what the 1 star rating is for 🚮

Invalidating your survey is never done lightly, and we certainly do not intend to invalidate your experience. We have protocols in place to ensure survey responses meet certain standards before issuing payments.

Not working
I’ve been waiting for a verification email since signing up, the app says the email was sent but I haven’t received anything
Awaiting my account activation and OTP
I have downloaded the app and tried to sign up but to complete the activation I’m not receiving the OTP to my email address. It seems like a waste of time
