Super buggy app
Ever since the upgrade, the app is very issuey. Lots of errors and faults especially when trying to order medication. Drop downs don’t work properly, available stores on sometimes appear. When trying to save info a red line pops up with no text or indicator. Look and feel is good, and should be good if it works.
Massive upgrade!
After the upgrade the app has received, it is A LOT more user friendly and less glitchy. It’s easier to order items, prescriptions and check your ClicksClub rewards. However, dark mode and Apple Pay would be nice bonus to add. Overall, this app is a lot better
Useless
Doesn’t allow me to log in with cell phone number. I’ve never used Clicks online before but apparently I have a profile. Then I have to reset the password since I never created one before. Then it sends an otp to my work instead of personal email address but don’t accept the otp when I type it in. New otp same problem. Third otp it accepts. Let’s me change the password. Then doesn’t accept the new password a minute later when I try to log in. Beyond useless.
