Needs ‘End Trip’ button

Cool app. Been using it for almost 2 years now and the UX has improved in that time. One point of frustration for me is the fact that I can’t end a trip once I’m done driving and if I use my phone while walking during this time it records it as phone usage while driving. As a result I have to leave my phone sitting still and untouched until the trip ends itself. This is really inconvenient and I would appreciate an option that lets me end trips immediately.

I have been using the app for quite a while now. I can assist you improve the app.1. Please make an option to choose not driving the insured car, additionally to (passenger , driver) options . We don't only drive the the insured car, we drive work car as well but your app will not seize the opportunity to track.2. Your app is very sensitive and not realistic. It favour you guys, my car tracker gives me way better score than your app does. We cannot be driving so slow or brake just a little bit and be penalized for that or if one avoids an accident by braking ( thats good driving) that we being penalized for.

Faulty Trip Marking

The application after the update keeps calculating my rewards wrong. Calculates trips considering trips I marker as passenger. The team takes over a month to reply to the query and payouts are wrong month end. Poor service from the technicians or whatever those guys are called. UPDATE: Improved customer service and user friendly APP!

I signed up for a new policy with dial direct a few days ago for my motorcycle. I was asked to use this app to take pictures of my bike and upload them. Every time I attempted to do so, the app crashed. So I contacted dial direct and asked them what to do. They told me to download an app from a link they sent me by text, and the same thing happened again. clearly there is some fundamental incompatibility between this app and Apple's current iOS. I'm never comfortable doing business with companies that are incapable of keeping up with the requirements of changing technology. Probably better to switch my insurance to somewhere else.
