EasyPay Mobile 4+

Not working

I downloaded the app because a mobile app in general are more convenient than going to a website and logging in. Unfortunately I can’t even log in with my login details. I tried numerous times. Even the function ‘forgot password’ doesn’t work. No OTP coming in. So I went back to the oldschool method of logging in on the website to make my payments. What a disappointment this app. No use for it so I just deleted it again. Don’t waste your time to install this app.

Its a nice app when it works

The app is convenient when it works, but there are a lot of times one wants to pay that you just get an error message, with no option of reporting the problem to the developer. The latest problem that has arisen is with regards to the Masterpass payment system that just gives an error message when trying to make a payment (for almost a week). When the app works, its very nice and user friendly, but its unfortunately just not trustworthy enough with how many times there are errors when using it.

Constant payment failures

I first used this app in March 2023 and it worked seamlessly. Since then I get an error at the payment stage with Masterpass. “An error has occurred. General error 94. Please try later.” It’s now October. It’s been over 6 months with this payment issue and they haven’t fixed it. Don’t bother installing. I’m finally deleting mine now. Word of advice, use the Bill & Prepaid service on the Clicks app instead. It works every time.
