Horrible customer service
I called today because the App apparently has a problem and I can’t login so I spoke to lady called Lee-Anne, and I must say I have never in my entire life experienced such horrible customer service. That lady was literally screaming at me and telling me to shut up over the phone. I’m still in shock of how someone can be so comfortable at screaming at another person because I asked her to repeat something for me.
Not user friendly - not available
The app does not give you a clear account of what is happening with your money .Would like to see an account of Opening balance , usage , Deposits for a selected period . Very limited info on usage and way too many times not available .
Worst utility app and service provider! Not recommended!
Called in to query my account in my estate, spoke to a lady named Lee Ann. I have never dealt with a customer service representative who was rude, irrational and comes from a home without manners! Very disappointed! They should rather close down their company instead of ripping off their customers! If you want problems in your life download the app and make use of their terrible utility services!
