I like the easiness in putting on a trade, you just move around and rearrange lines instead of having to remember prices. Desktop one is even better, with more time frames and news release calendar on the chart. I’m really happy with the platform. It would be a heavier competitor against other platforms like TradingView, if we can work more on personalisation of the charts and maybe the playback feature and backtesting features. I think backtesting is much more important of a feature than even putting or managing the actual trades. Improvement on that would be great. I would pay for such services.

I love the ease with which you can place limit orders from the chart itself, that’s absolutely great. And the fact that you can see your potential profit and loss when you place your limit order is also just phenomenal. However an undo button on the mobile platform would be such a great help to traders when charting their ideas. If you could look into that. It would bring even more value to MT5.

I don’t know who decided that the new “trading panel” was a good idea, but it is absolutely not. It’s incredibly slow for us that trail stops and adjust our trades as they progress. It looks very pretty but the functionality is trash and tooo slow for people who scalp 30-40 pips. Just today it was too slow to close a trade I had open and lost a few pips on the pullback. Revert the update. What traders truly need - the option to drag and adjust TP and SL without clicking to confirm - just like on pc. We also would prefer to set our limit orders via a long press on the chart. Also make the charts like TradingView, the blueprint is already laid out on that one. Sorry to the developers who put in hard work on this update but this decision was not it. Your product managers need to actually trade and not just want a pretty app.

I love this app, MT5 is a beast. It’s easy to use, the range of colours could be increased but I’m not really complaining. Tools are on point. * The one thing that I’d like to see in the new version is the ability to see the currency [€…£…¥…$] value of the SL and TP. I don’t want to solely use my Laptop to open and manage positions. Sometimes an opportunity arises and I’m not in my office. I’d like to manage my risk and see the actual currency value. P.S. too lazy to calculate lot to pip value on the go.😅 I can see it when I use the partial close, (which is an amazing feature🔥🔥) but I’d like to open an order and see the risk:reward values in their currency values. That’s where the last ⭐️ is. Otherwise great app.* A ‘take partials’ option would be good, that would be a great addition. I don’t have to be on the charts often or rely on price alerts. Once it hits the first TP level, it closes a percentage of the trade untill the final TP where it closes the position. * Trailing stop.I’ll be looking out for these upgrades.😊
