Description
Few things in life are as frustrating as running out of airtime or data when you’ve got stuff to do, which is why we've recently revamped our Telkom service app which now gives you the ability to manage your Mobile products all in one app.
The Telkom app brings smart service straight to your Smartphone, with a host of handy features that give you complete control over your Telkom account and products, allowing you to check your balance and pay your bill at any time. What’s more, this free app features a ‘Quick Links’ option that allows you to buy airtime and data in an instant. Once you’ve downloaded the app and signed in with your online Telkom username and password, you’ll also be able to view your subscription, manage your products and change your spend limit. We've also included a handy ‘Track’ function so you can follow up on queries submitted and even check the progress of your Telkom order.

If I could give this App zero stars I would. This app is full of bugs and not user friendly at all. Errors displayed to the user are just useless and not giving them any guidance to what the actual problem is.
Good luck trying to create a new profile, the app keeps crashing when trying to verify the OTP. It’s saying OTP sent successfully but no OTP received. When requesting a new OTP the App crashes. Please fix this in the next update of this app.
Furthermore, the lag on this app is unbearable, can’t possibly take 3 minutes to verify a user and still crashes after that.
Lastly, it’s nearly impossible to login on this App. I’ve waited 2 minutes just for the App to crash, this is on very stable and fast internet.
Please fix all the bugs in the upcoming update.
Unresolved Error
The prompt to try again in a few minutes has persisted since I’ve had the app.
Same as the previous one which was months and the issue was not resolved.
It would be more helpful if the prompt directed users to technical assistance instead of implying that the issue would be resolved without further action which seems to be more misleading than helpful in this case.
Login Issues Finally fixed
It looks like the login issues have been fixed. This new app looks great…let’s hope the reliability lives up to the new look and feel.
