Horrible UI - Wrong Product bought

Below is my old review, I’m here to tell you to use the ussd to buy your data unless you want to waste your airtime. I bought a 10GB + 10GB LTE data bundle. Guess what was delivered, a 3GB + 3GB LTE data bundle and R49 (the correct price for the 3GB) deducted.I wonder if the person who tested this app had any common sense to test it on their phone. The Transfer airtime function is frustrating because the Next button is hidden under a keyboard that can’t be minimised in an obvious way. Horrible!(Here is a tip if you have an iPhone: Partially Swipe back as if returning to the previous menu screen, the keyboard will minimise and you will have access to the rest of the app UI)

1. The slowest thing on this earth and I am not sure why because you don’t get any feedback as a user of this app. It’s been loading the dashboard since 45 minutes ago2. Features that don’t work in one section and not the another. For example, you guys introduced this ID search for payments but it doesn’t work. All it says try again later. No report to you on what the issue was. You must just cross fingers and hope it works this time but nothing 3. This is about the web application version of this, useless. There’s a lot going on and hard to find anything. 4. Please give us things that work

The old app was perfect, was working fine then they changed it. This new app is very in every way possibleI have 3 contracts under 1 Account. Before I was able to transfer data from another number to the other now it won't even allow me to choose the number to transfer from it chooses for me.Also if I want to check my balances I should check 1 number then edit the n app and log again and check another number and exit again, if I don't do that it will show one balance in all 3 numbers Bills are not updated. This is a worse upgrade ever!!
