Few things in life are as frustrating as running out of airtime or data when you’ve got stuff to do, which is why we've recently revamped our Telkom service app which now gives you the ability to manage your Mobile, Home and Internet products all in one app.

The Telkom app brings smart service straight to your Smartphone, with a host of handy features that give you complete control over your Telkom account and products, allowing you to check your balance and pay your bill at any time. What’s more, this free app features a ‘Quick Links’ option that allows you to buy airtime and data in an instant. Once you’ve downloaded the app and signed in with your online Telkom username and password, you’ll also be able to view your subscription, manage your products and change your spend limit. We've also included a handy ‘Track’ function so you can follow up on queries submitted and even check the progress of your Telkom order.

Unresolved Error

The prompt to try again in a few minutes has persisted since I’ve had the app.
Same as the previous one which was months and the issue was not resolved.

It would be more helpful if the prompt directed users to technical assistance instead of implying that the issue would be resolved without further action which seems to be more misleading than helpful in this case.

Login Issues Finally fixed

It looks like the login issues have been fixed. This new app looks great…let’s hope the reliability lives up to the new look and feel.

Useless new app

This new app is even more useless than the previous one, is Telkom messing with their clients? You can’t even get beyond entering the pin you receive on your mobile, it keeps asking you to sign in after entering the pin & then the whole process of obtaining a pin starts all over again. Telkom please stop wasting our time & sort out your useless apps.
